Schedule Trigger Not Executing at Configured Interval

The workflow uses a Schedule Trigger configured to run every “15” seconds, but the trigger is not executing at all. The agent status shows Live, yet no runs are being generated and the workflow is not triggering based on the configured schedule interval.
